Ingredients

  • 200 ml full-fat milk
  • 2 tbsp skimmed milk powder
  • 1 small banana or 3 tbsp fruit purée
  • 1 tbsp nut butter or 1 scoop ice cream
  • 1 tsp honey (optional)

Method

  1. 1Whisk the milk powder into the milk first so it does not clump.
  2. 2Blend everything until smooth.
  3. 3Serve chilled — cold drinks are usually easier when nauseated.
