- 200 ml full-fat milk
- 2 tbsp skimmed milk powder
- 1 small banana or 3 tbsp fruit purée
- 1 tbsp nut butter or 1 scoop ice cream
- 1 tsp honey (optional)
Method
- 1Whisk the milk powder into the milk first so it does not clump.
- 2Blend everything until smooth.
- 3Serve chilled — cold drinks are usually easier when nauseated.
